Thirdly, we have some new classes ready for registration! On March 1st Carol and Dani will teach you how to make these beautiful birch trees. They look difficult to do but are extremely simple. Impress your friends by painting a 10 X 20 canvas of whimsical folk art birds. Use our stencils to chose your birds to stack and trace. Wings and feathers are cut from decorated paper.

Lastly, we have a few busy artists. Nancy Nelson-Brotz will be continuing her Art Clubs: Madison Public library every Thursday 4:30-5:30 and Perry Public Library every Friday 4:30-5:30. She also teaches a drawing class at Rabbit Run beginning February 8, 5-6 pm for 6 weeks. Also, Nancy will be at the Mentor Senior Center February 18, 12:00pm-1:30 for a Coffee and Canvas event. She'll be back at the Perry Public Library on February 27 at 11 for a Family Art Class. She'll instruct a class called "Create" class March 7th 6:30 at Madison Public Library. She'll teach the group how to use sharpies to decorate dishes.
Julie Cook has artwork in an exhibit called "Beautiful Cleveland" at the Willoughby Hills Community Gallery until the end of February. She is also showing in an exhibit called "It's Elemental" at the Valley Art Center. Click on the link below to see more about this show.
